Worldwise Group currently has six production facilities, each specializing in single products. Worldwise currently has an annual manufacturing capacity of 2,000,000 brake shoes and 800,000 s-camshafts.

Brake Shoe Manufacturing
Worldwise currently operates two brake shoe manufacturing plants. Zhejiang Worldwise is located in the industrial area of Tongxiang, and has an annual capacity of 800,000 brake shoes. A secondary factory is located in Anhui and has an annual capacity of 1,200,000 brake shoes.
Our in-house production processes including wielding, coining, e-coating, powder coating,and heat treatment. Worldwise also manufactures FMVSS 121 and ECER90 certified brake linings at Huzhou Worldwise for customers that prefer lined brake shoes.
Through our R&D effort, Worldwise developed our own proprietary riveting monitoring system. Using computer software assisted technology, every riveting punch is monitored and recorded to ensure a quality outcome.
With brake shoes, brake linings, assembly technologies, and over 20 years of continuous development, Worldwise offers over 200 types of brake shoes and supports OEM and aftermarket customers with precision-driven, high-performance lined shoes to our valued customers worldwide.
Through our R&D effort, Worldwise developed our own proprietary riveting monitoring system.
S-Camshaft Manufacturing
Lanxi Worldwise is located at Lanxi Industrial Park, Zhejiang, It specializes in manufacturing s-camshafts, with an annual capacity of over 800,000 pcs.
We support our OE customers with strong development capabilities. Over 25 years of operation, Lanxi Worldwise has developed an extensive range of 2,000 kinds of forged s-camshafts for North American axle and machined s-camshafts for European axle
Lanxi Worldwise was the first in China to pioneer a special s-camshaft precision forming process that drastically improved the precision of the head profile. Lanxi Worldwise always has a strict standard of quality control, from the initial raw material selection to high-precision milling and grinding processes and in-house heat-treatment. Our quality engineers maintain robust error-checking control procedures, ensuring our customers consistently receive high-quality products.
Quality Management System
Worldwise factories are IATF 16949 certified, undergo regular internal quality audits, and conduct quality meetings and trainings at each production site to achieve our quality goal.
Our factories are often audited by our OEM partners with VDA 6.3 standards to verify that our systematic quality control procedures are in place.
We continue to invest some of the leading quality control and testing machineries to allow us develop and research our product capability. Through both internal research and partnering with external testing laboratories, we periodically conduct salt straying tests, wield stress test, brake lining coefficient testing, FMVSS 121 testing, s-camshaft lifecycle fatigue testing, spring-load testing, etc.
Product Development
Over the past 25 years, Worldwise has continued to improve our manufacturing process, incorporating manufacturing machineries and techniques as part of our continuous improvement process.
We prioritize process automation to improve production efficiencies and consistency. Our experienced team of engineers are skilled in a variety of manufacturing processes, including forging, stamping, welding, machining, and assembly. We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality and eficiency, and we have a robust quality management system in place to ensure that all of our products meet the highest standards in China. We have also rich experiences working with OEM to develop brake components based on their drawing specifcations.
